1. Shake before use.
2. Clean and dry your feet and nails.
3. Spray from a distance of 10-15 cm.
4. Put a towel under the leg or arm before applying the spray.
5. Leave to dry for 1-2 minutes.
6. Apply 2 times per day (in the morning and in the evening) for a period of 4 weeks.
7. After 4 weeks, application can be reduced to once per day.
